Installation tips

To ensure the best functioning and long life of the cartridge:

the seat of the tap: must be clean and free of incrustations, avoid grease, oil, paint and solvents

the hole in the tightening nut must be approximately 0.20 mm larger than the diameter of the cartridge collar

tightening: the ring nut must screw freely but without play and rest on the entire surface of the cartridge. Tighten with a torque of 1 ÷ 1.2 Kgm

(10 ÷ 12 Nm) to avoid unnecessary overloads and guarantee greater smoothness of operation

test: during tests without water, avoid repeated and improper activations. Avoid unnatural overloads on the lever even during packaging,

transport and installation

installation: hot water temperature max 80°C, recommended 60-65°C. Supply pressure min. 0.1 bar, max 5 bar continuous, max 10 bar

occasional. Pressure difference between hot and cold water: recommended the minimum possible (max 1.5 bar).

We recommend mounting filters on the water inlets.
